When our bodies our drained from or environments the only way to realign, to breathe and connect to 1 self is to dive deep in nature. Nature protects this warrior as she invests time in herself to ground and replenish.

The amount technology takes from our bodies and soul has me wondering, where is it all going?

The meta-verse will never ever be able to provide what nature does because the human body was designed to thrive in old Earth’s natural state.

You will not understand what constant exposure to cell phones etc does to the mind body and spirit until you detach and escape in nature. Most people admit they can’t even smell anymore because they aren’t breathing properly. The phones has us holding our breath, doing it all in a consistent flight or fight state.

Like an elimination diet you won’t know how toxic milk is for your body and gut until you cut it out as constant technology exposure is.

Put the phone down, get in nature, breathe then tell me how you feel. And remember you have the choice to feel like this all the time.

You aren’t a machine, realign in the Earth that you were made for.
